Auditors Needed for financial reporting DUE August 8th

Hello everyone,

We are seeking 3 active paid members to review the Chapter accounting files for the required annual audit by National.  Reviewer cannot be a board/committee member.  If you are interested and detail oriented, please contact Jean Ruiz (jeanruiz2002@comcast.net) or myself.  This review takes a bit of time and we separate it out so one person doesnt have a significant portion to go through.  There is a required form from National for validation that must be completed  which is compared to the active accounting documents for the year.  The report is due to National by early August and we need to account for mailing time of the documents to the review volunteers. 

This activity counts towards Merit point award for the coming year!  We try and make it as painless as possible.  Please consider volunteering a couple of hours of your time.  We are willing to make this a group review option  and can guide the process if that works for you .
