Reminder about NO SHOWS at Education Events

Good day everyone,

It was noted via attendance at the January 15th meeting that we had 2 no-shows for the session.  (The December meeting we had 5 no-shows).   As related previously in messages and in event content, please contact us to permit another waiting member to attend.  We had 7 registrants for the program the last night who were waiting for notice, and could have filled the seats.

This lack of attendance impacts our vendors and venues who account for attendees for both financial and refreshment/meal planning.  We have an excellent relationship with both and want to continue that.  As stated, we know things come up last minute, but please do your best to reach out to Lori or Wendy for attendance alterations.

Also, if you have a non-member colleague wishing to attend a session, we require that individuals register on the site for accuracy of our attendance logs, as well as the ability to contact that individual should changes arise.

We do track attendance at all events as related in the past, and continued no-shows will result in restrictions at future attendance.  Please be aware of this policy.
