January 17th Registrants: Further update!

Hello!

For those of you who have registered already, please note that your payment will be being refunded.  The vendor has decided to cover the cost of the event in total.

Additinally, there is one more change, the start time is now 6:30pm not our standing 6 pm...so a bit of breathing room sitting in traffic!

Thanks to all for your patience with these changes, your refunds will be available in the next 24-48 hours.
