3 Volunteers needed- Chapter Financial Audit review

Hello everyone,

It's that time of year again and we are seeking 3 active members to review the chapter financial documents as is required by National.  The reviewer cannot be a board member. We will provide the documents and guidance to needed review and try to make this a painless as possible process with limited time expenditure by the volunteers. 

Some options include individual review ( we send the finanical documents to each reviewer-participant with the documents) or the 3 reviewers can meet with the treasurer or designee as a group session for ease. ( we can provide refreshments if desired!)   We are happy to accomodate whatever meets the schedules of our volunteers.

The report is due to National  August 15th. After the review committee compiles their responses, the board will complete the required data report to National.  We like to have a few weeks availability for mailing options if needed and questions and answers for any clarity needed to the review comittee.  If you are interested in serving in a auditor capacity, please contact me via this mailing or at wndyg62@outlook.com  I can provide more information as needed.  We would like to have the report submitted back the TRC Treasurer/Board no later than Friday August 10th, so time is of the essence.
