Please join the Three Rivers Chapter of AACN Board of Directors in attending our collaborative event with the Emergency Nurses Association PA leadership, for a full day of educational topics and local expert speakers!  The event is being held on Friday October 4th, from 8:00AM - 4:15PM (registration begins at 7AM) at the Doubletree by Hilton in Pittsburgh- Greentree. Continental breakfast and Lunch are included.

Please see the attached Agenda for the day of planned topics and presenters.  We wish to thank all of these experts for their generous offering of their time and expertise.  Also note a number of our vendor partners have offered their support, and time is allotted during the break sessions to engage for new information. Please stop by their tables, and we thank our sponsors as always for their ongoing support of our educational efforts! 

**Due to venue size, registration is limited to 120 total attendees.  If interested in attending, please register early!  Registration closes Monday September 30th at 4:00PM to permit venue and food preparations. The wait-list will be in effect, and seats will be offered on first-come first-serve basis according to registry date and time, if a cancellation occurs. Please do not substitute a colleague, in fairness to those on the wait-list.  NOTE: Refunds will be accommodated up to 7 days prior to the event if you find you cannot attend after registry.  Refunds for non-attendance will not be provided after Sept 28th.  Please review our cancellation policy or contact Wendy for more information.

Registration Refund and Cancellation Policy

TRC- AACN reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to make changes to educational programming as needed. Every effort will be made to keep presentations, dates, and speakers as represented. However, unforeseen circumstances may result in the substitution of presentation topic(s) speaker(s), or event(s).

In the event that the program has to be cancelled or changed,  TRC is not liable to registrants for any damages, losses, costs, or other liability, including but not limited to transportation, or accommodation costs. TRC AACN is not liable to attendees for any costs, fees, expenses, damages, or other liability relating to changes to the course, including but not limited to date, content, speakers or venue.

Should an event need to be cancelled, all registered attendees will be notified by email as soon as possible, and refund of registration fee will be provided.  If an event is altered in content or speaker, information will be shared with all registered attendees accordingly.

No refunds will be provided for non-attendance at a previously registered event, in fairness to our vendor supporters and venue.  If a registrant identifies  he or she cannot attend a previously paid session, please contact Wendy Grbach (wndyg62@outlook.com), or Lori Laux (lorilaux1955@gmail.com) to enable attendance by a waiting registrant.  Please do not substitute attendees without prior notice of TRC staff, in fairness to those waiting on the list.  No refunds will be permitted for notifications less than 7 days prior to event.
